Q: What results can I expect?

Q: Are the classes live or recorded?
A: The classes are live 7 days of the week and each class is recorded and stored in our library for your convenience.
Q: How often (and how long) are the classes?
A: There are 7 classes a week. We recommend attending 1-3 live classes a week and supplementing with recordings when needed. Here is our class schedule. Each class is approx 60 min long, plus an optional 30 min Q&A thereafter to ask Ilana anything.

Q: How many times per week is an ideal amount to be performing the exercises? Is it something that could be done every day or is it important to have rest days?
A: Yes! Most of our students do it every day, but it all depends on their health challenges and goals, the program is different for every student as we take a very customized approach. For someone who is resolving chronic pain, taking things easier but doing it daily is recommended, whereas someone just looking to achieve that next level of health and flexibility might need to train harder and have a rest day in between.
Q: What’s covered inside Ilana’s Method?
A: Ilana’s Method is an all encompassing approach that focuses on empowering you with the tools, knowledge, and skills that will not only allow you to take care of your spinal health for the rest of your life, but also your flexibility, nutrition, and fitness.
Q: What if I’m not flexible?
A: That’s ok! Our classes are designed to take you from where you are right now to the next level. This is only possible because I make sure to provide customized guidance and give every student my full attention.
Q: Does Ilana teach the classes herself?
A: YES!
Q: What’s the cost for Ilana's method?
A: The price is totally dependent on the level of support and duration you’re looking for.
Q: Can I enroll online and skip the call?
A: Enrollment is only available upon an assessment call as I only work with you if I feel I can help you. I need to know about you and your health background, as I do not work with certain conditions. After your assessment call, if I feel I can help you reach your goals, you’ll be presented with enrolment options.
Q: How much support is there in Ilana’s method?
A: TONS! And that’s an understatement. Along with our community of over 400 women, you have me and my team there to support you. In fact, we require our students to stay in communication with us the whole time they are an active member to ensure the best results.
Q: What do I do after the course ends? Is there an option to buy more classes?
A: Our goal is to teach you the knowledge and skills to take care of yourself for the rest of your life. So after your term is over, you won't need us anymore.That being said if you love the community and would like to continue, that option is available.
Q: How quickly will I see results?
A: It really depends on your health challenges and goals. Most of our students experience results within just a couple of sessions. You can watch or read some of our student's experiences here.
