CONFIDENTIALITY

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CONFIDENTIALITY POLICY, AS IT CONTAINS IMPORTANT LEGAL INFORMATION AND CONSTITUTES A BINDING LEGAL AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS ANY SESSIONS, SESSION REPLAYS, GROUPS, FORUMS OR CHANNELS ASSOCIATED WITH ILANA'S METHOD.

By joining any training session or accessing any replay/recording, you acknowledge and agree that all sessions, session recordings, participant information and content shared in any session or any forum, channel or group hosted or facilitated by Ilana's Method (“Confidential Information”) is considered highly sensitive and confidential information, and as such may not be shared, directly or indirectly, with any person or entity outside of the Program in any form.

You also acknowledge and agree that the names, identities, likenesses, any photos and/or video recordings, business/employment information, and any other personal information relating to any of our members and participants, including the fact that they are participating in the Program (“Personal Information”), is also considered highly sensitive Confidential Information, and as such, may not be shared with anyone without the express written consent of the person whose information is at issue.

Examples of actions prohibited includes, but is not limited to, the following:

- displaying or sharing screenshots of Zoom sessions with anyone outside of Ilana's Method (“Program”);

- capturing screen recordings;

- sharing links to session replays and other videos made available to you;

- taking screenshots and sharing content from our Skool and/or Facebook group and/or Telegram channels;

- sharing or disclosing any information whatsoever about any participant in the Program; and

- otherwise sharing, displaying, exhibiting, or disclosing any content or Confidential Information which may be made available to you as part of the Program to any third parties who are not current, active participants of the Program. Sharing any Personal Information and/or Confidential Information obtained by you via your participation in the Program which may be used to identify any of our Participants is strictly prohibited, and will result in your immediate removal from the Program without refund. It may also result in legal action by us and/or the Participants whose Personal Information was shared without their express written consent.
